Some Breakfast Supplements Worth Considering…

Cayenne Pepper “Cayenne Pepper is recommended for its spiciness and ability to irritate the eyes” Cheers wiki… Cayenne pepper is an absolute weapon though… Gents, if you are a little low in testosterone - and especially if it’s caused by too much stress - then you might want to consider getting a little cayenne pepper down you every day… Not a lot, ½ a teaspoon total would be more than enough for most people…
Cayenne Pepper:
- Will raise T levels within half an hour.
- Increase metabolism: burn roughly 50% more calories if you have some cayenne with breakfast.
- Decrease your appetite, but in a good way… Might cover that another time… - Increase relaxation of the blood system and can help you fall asleep quicker.
- Brilliant for your circulatory system; historically been used to clean the blood and return it to homeostasis, anti clot (when needed) and a blood thinner (when needed)
- Finally (and I don’t know if I should put this one out there, but what the hell) allegedly, “1 teaspoon of cayenne powder in 6 oz of water can stop a heart attack”... Hopefully you never find yourself in that situation, but if you do, it might be worth a shot… Not medical advice, obviously...
Before you dump a load on your eggs, maybe ease your way in… Peppers can irritate the stomach, although cayenne appears to be one of the few that don’t… It’s always a good idea to consult a good doctor before making any changes to your diet, etc etc, I accept no responsibility for the use or misuse of this information, etc etc

Mushroom Complex & Creatine
I think this will resonate with most people over 30 here… You work, you train (if you get the time), walk the dog, you might have kids and all the responsibilities / obligations / swimming lessons that come with that, you’ll have hobbies (if you get the time), there’s cooking, the food shop, maybe an additional part-time job, the washing machine isn’t draining again, MOT is due in 4 days, you dread opening your emails and long story short, you never quite get enough rest… And that’s where this combination comes in!
Creatine is one of, if not the most, researched supplements on the planet, and is ranked third in the top 100 google searches after youtube and porn hub. I might have made that last fact up, but the below is definitely true.
- Can improve your working memory, attention, and processing speed when you are sleep deprived or in the middle of a mentally demanding task.
- Potentially has anti-depressive effects.
- Reduces muscle cell damage and inflammation after exercise
- Can improve glycogen storage, which helps with recovery between sessions
- Anecdotally “it helps get you jacked”...
A good mushroom complex will help the body cope with external stresses such as toxins in the environment and internal stresses such as sleep deprivation and anxiety. Basically, it’ll help chill you out, help you think a little clearer, and help you deal with all of life’s inconveniences a whole lot better… Because **** me, there are a lot of them…A decent mushroom supplement can provide:
- Stress adaptation and overall well-being
- Cognitive clarity and mood support
- Enhanced immune defense
- Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits
- Digestive and gut microbiome support
So these are what I currently take in the morning; I think they are definitely worth considering... In this day and age, the following needs to be made very clear: please consult a medical professional before taking a bunch of supplements / changing your diet. None of the above is medical advice. I am not responsible for the use or misuse of the information provided. If you are allergic to cayenne pepper, maybe don’t consume a load of fucking cayenne pepper… Etc etc…
Cheers,
