CrossFit Programming

The main program on the app is Blackbrook Strength (sensible, structured CrossFit with a speed and strength bias), with the option to do other extras if you wish, all included.


- CrossFit (Blackbrook Strength) programming - 4+ days a week, can be done in pretty much any gym, with the goal of getting stronger, faster and fitter.


- Callisthenics programming - 3 days a week, minimal equipment required, designed to take someone from zero to a freestanding Handstand Push Up and One Arm Chin Up, with a little Pistol (Single Leg Squat) and Mobility work thrown in for good measure…


- Handstand modules - designed to take you from zero all the way to playing with shapes and a 1 minute hold.

- Tactical programming - 3+ days a week, minimal equipment required, inspired by what I used to do whilst on deployments… It is a no frills, robust strength and conditioning program ideal for those short on time, space and equipment… 


- Nutrition guidelines; activations; prep work; warm ups; soft tissue work; Functional Mass Program (rapid muscle gain); and more all for only £35 p/m!

How Does it Work?

After payment, you will receive an email to download and sign up to the app! Super easy. Make it as personal as you'd like.

The main program is within the calendar. Here you can move, add or remove sessions as you please.

In the kettlebell tab, you will have access to extra workouts which you can add to your calendar.

 

Input your sets, reps and weights and it will all be logged within the app!

 

Payment is a monthly rolling subscription, which will come out the same date each month.
